Buying a session ticket to Supreme Jump (Trampoline Park), you are deemed to have understood and accepted all our Trampoline Park Rules and have also watched the Safety Video.
Jumping on trampolines can result in injury, so using the Supreme Jump facilities must be undertaken in accordance with the Supreme Jump Safety Rules/Video displayed on our website and in the Supreme Jump arena.
You are liable for full payment on arrival.
Without a booking, Supreme Jump cannot guarantee that a session will be available.
Trampoline sessions can be canceled, but the cancellation has to be done by visiting the venue in person at least 30 mins before the booked session starts, and 30% of the value will be deducted as administration fees.
We advise arriving 15 minutes prior to your session time to allow time for processing and our mandatory safety briefing.
Spectators are free to watch but do not have access to the platform or trampolines.
There is a weight limit of 120kgs on the trampolines and Ninja Course as recommended by our manufactures.
Jump within your ability and use of the facilities is at your own risk as well as any damage to or loss of personal equipment.
Jumpers must wear their wristband and Supreme Jump branded socks at all times.
No food or drink is permitted on or near the trampolines.
No outside food or drink is permitted inside the venue.
Supreme Jump is unable to cater to customers with severe allergies. As we cannot guarantee that our food or preparation surfaces are free of traces of nuts, eggs, dairy, gluten or any other similar ingredients.
Supreme Jump employees have the right to turn away any customers deemed to be intoxicated.
Please inform our crew if you have any medical conditions that you may require assistance with.
If you have any existing injuries such as back problems or are wearing a cast or moon boot, we regret to advise that you will be unable to Jump.
Jumping while pregnant or possibly pregnant is not recommended.
When entering Supreme Jump, you give permission for Supreme Jump to use any photographs or video taken of yourself for promotional use which includes social media.
Children under the age of 14 years must not be left at Supreme Jump without a guardian.
Kids and children under the height restriction of 110cms must be accompanied by a Jumping adult, especially during our busy periods.
Only instructors employed by Supreme Jump are permitted to provide instruction.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are excluding GST.
